Here are some of the questions that we often receive from brand new Limo Windsor customers. If we didn't answer yours, our contact info is below.

Q: What time do we have to return the limo to you?
A: You're welcome to keep the limousines as long as you like. Just know that you'll continue to pay the same hourly rate that is specified in your contract. You'll have a set time of when your reservation is over, but if you're having too much fun, you can continue as long as you're okay with paying for the extra time in cash.

Q: Do we need to clean up the limos after the party?
A: We only ask that you return the limos in the same condition that we gave them to you in. We appreciate clean-up of spills and removal of personal items. By law, we cannot return food or drinks that have been left on the limo, so be sure to take those with you when the party is over.

Q: Can we bring music to listen to?
A: Absolutely! You'll love hearing your favorite hits on our high quality audio systems, and you'll be happy to know that they play both CDs and MP3s.

Q: What about watching movies or business presentations on DVDs?
A: Most but not all of our vehicles include flat screen HDTVs and DVD players for your enjoyment. Be sure to specify if you require this when you call.

Q: Can we bring alcohol on the limousines?
A: As long as everyone is over 19 years of age, you can have alcohol on the limos. If there are those who are not the legal drinking age, there cannot be any alcohol on the limos.

Q: Can we smoke in the limos?
A: No, you may not. We like our limos to stay fresh for every customer to enjoy whether they smoke or not. This also lowers the chance of damagaing the limo to where you'll have to pay to fix it.

Q: Can children come in the limo?
A: Of course! Lots of parents rent a limo for their childs birthday, religious events, and proms. You'll have peace of mind knowning that your children are in safe, reliable hands while on the road. If there are children, there cannot be any alcohol in the limousines.

Q: Can I cancel if I change my mind?
A: We do not allow cancellations for any reason. Once you have paid the deposit, you will have to pay the full amount you agreed upon, even if you don't use the service. When you reserve the limo, you enter into a promise that we will send you that vehicle at your time. Other companies like to sell out to the highest payer, we do not.
